Shipping & Returns

    Orders received (for in-stock product) before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received (for out of stock items) may take between 3-4 weeks before shipping. We will contact you immediately if we are out of stock on any item that you have ordered.


    SNAFFLES ships by USPS Priority Mail (default) and UPS, unless otherwise specified. The pricing shown on the SNAFFLES website is calculated based on weight. Rates are determined based on published values from USPS.

  Parcel Insurance

    SNAFFLES includes USPS carrier insurance by default and in the total amount of the items purchased. SNAFFLES  has no liability for lost or damaged parcels once the parcel leaves our facility. If you have any problems with your parcel you must contact the carrier immediately. Once your package ships from our facility you can view the status from within our website by logging into your account and viewing your order details.

  International Shipments

    Please note that we do not ship Internationally due to increases in shipping rates. If you require your item to be shipped Internationally, please contact us for a pricing and availability.

Return Policy

Non-defective merchandise returned to SNAFFLES for any reason other than a mis-ship of product may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return and your account will not be credited.

SNAFFLES cannot accept return items that have been personalized or custom orders, unless the item was determined to be SNAFFLES fault by invalid engraving (typographical errors) based on customers requirements at the time of order submission and payment. Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once processing has begun as this indicates that the personalization process is underway. Typically you have 24 hours for order cancelation.

  SNAFFLES will honor a return if the item ordered was misrepresented on our website (incorrect size/dimensions or material type). All other discrepancies that include but not limited to: customer typographical errors, incorrect template or graphic selection, incorrect item selection are not covered under our return policy and SNAFFLES will be unable to credit your account.

 SNAFFLES reserves the right to substitute a product with another product of equal or greater value to accomodate for any errors that were introduced by us.

Customer service is very important to us; therefore, if you have any problems with your purchase contact us immediately and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly.
